Historically, the Caribbean has been a region with extensive transit, internal, intraregional and external transit migration. Due to the constant movement of migratory flows in the area, Caribbean migrants faced the danger of being potentially exploited by smugglers. In this sense and given the complexity of human trafficking, this publication aims to provide a comprehensive response to address this phenomenon.
