The recent increase in international South-North migration flows, due to the process of globalization, has sparked an interest in shedding light on its positive effects and contributions to development. To that effect, this text compiles a series of activists’, government officials’ and researchers’ discussions on the impacts and dilemmas of migration in India, Mexico, Morocco, The Philippines and Turkey.
