The purpose of this Protocol is to establish a reference mechanism to safely and coordinately address assistance to survivors of internal and international trafficking, optimizing resources and efforts.

This document is a summary of the main findings from a series of studies conducted during 2013 and 2014 in relation to migration of Haitians heading to Brazil. Since 2010, there has been an increase in the number of Haitian migrants heading to the United States, France and Canada.
