IOM has made significant efforts in the Nort of Central America, promoting the implementation of initiatives based on a sustainable reintegration model. Creating a conceptual reintegration framework contributes to addressing the processes from a comprehensive approach rather than a control approach. This document presents some reintegration practices promoted by IOM in El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala from 2015 to 2019.
