(Only available in SPANISH)  The main objective of this Protocol is to provide effective tools that allow consular staff to identify and provide comprehensive assistance to potential Mexican victims of trafficking who assist consular representations. It aims to standardize the actions of the officials of the consular protection areas in order to achieve adherence to international human rights standards and avoid revictimization.
