The objective of this document is to prepare a diagnosis of the situation of the production of migration data in the Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) region, as well as in each of the four subregions and the countries that compose them, this is: 1. Mercosur, Chile and Venezuela; 2. Andean; 3. Central America, Mexico, Panama and Belize; 4. Caribbean (both Anglophone and non-English-speaking countries). The report presents a general descriptive analysis of LAC and a specific analysis of each of the four subregions previously detailed.
