The booklet aims to showcase the Fund’s efforts to further strengthen the Results Based Management (RBM) approach in a more systematic manner in line with IOM’s institutional advancement in RBM, characterized and driven by the upcoming launch of the institutional Strategic Results Framework (SRF). The booklet can serve as an internal and external resource to highlight the RBM approach of IOM and the Fund, featuring selected Fund projects which have been identified as good reflections of the  RBM actions.
