To assist the people internally displaced because of the eruption of the Fire Volcano in Guatemala, the IOM developed a computer system to facilitate the registration, distribution of humanitarian assistance, and family reunification after the emergency. This document explains the characteristics of the system and the step-by-step of the main actions taken by the mission.
