Fishing for Knowledge: Sharing Counter-Trafficking Strategies through Gamified Practices in Coastal Communities

Imagine being responsible for teaching a very complex topic to people who have never heard of it or know very little about it, such as human trafficking. This Good Practice (BP) implemented by IOM Costa Rica involved the creation of two interactive games, a bingo and a board game, that convey and simplify technical concepts in accessible terms in the fishing communities of Puntarenas, Costa Rica.
