This systematization presents an initiative carried out by IOM Mexico on an Employment Opportunities Mechanism that sought to reinforce capacities for the labour insertion of migrants. With the aim of achieving effective labour inclusion, actions were carried out in collaboration with partners such as private companies and government institutions, and involved activities such as working with information hubs, job fairs, awareness raising processes and capacity building with private enterprises and government departments.
