This systematization presents an initiative by IOM Honduras involving the design of a computer platform to improve the assistance and protection services of the Honduran consular system.

The implementation process led to the realization of various activities and efforts to identify the needs required for the creation of the consular network, as well as the improvement of the assistance mechanisms, from case identification, to consular attention for matters of protection. The design of the platform began with a diagnosis, then the analysis and design, the development of the system and finally the implementation of SIPROC and installation of the infrastructure, as well as training on the use of the platform.
