This report is a contribution to the efforts of governments and multiple actors in the region to implement, monitor and evaluate their policies and strategies in favor of the 2030 Agenda and the achievement of the SDGs.The report is limited to three areas: an assessment of the progress made so far and the challenges ahead, a description of the national institutional mechanisms available to the region for the implementation of the 2030 Agenda and an analysis of the challenges and opportunities associated with the construction and measurement of the SDG indicators.
